This Impressionist photographic exhibit represents sites and artifacts relating to the life and times of the Prophet Joseph Smith
and early history of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Many of these photographs
were shown in two exhibits during the 200th anniversary of Joseph Smith's
Birth -- The
SPRINGVILLE MUSEUM OF ART, December 23, 2005 to January 31, 2006, and
The NAUVOO VISITORS CENTER, August, 2005.
These images were created with a variety of photographic and artistic techniques using color and texture enhancements designed to touch the emotions as well as the literal senses.
