This Impressionist photographic exhibit
represents several modern
commemorative pioneer treks including the 1997 Sesquicentennial Mormon Pioneer Trek across the United State.
Some of these photographs
were shown in two exhibits during the 200th anniversary of Joseph Smith's
Birth -- The
SPRINGVILLE MUSEUM OF ART, December 23, 2005 to January 31, 2006, and
The NAUVOO VISITORS CENTER, August, 2005.
These images were created with a variety of photographic and artistic techniques using color and texture enhancements designed to touch the emotions as well as the literal senses.
