There will be a 'Teacher-Meet-and-Greet Open House' orientation meeting two weeks before the Daycamp

Curriculum outline will be provided on the first day in a folder for each child to take home with exercises to do at home, with or without parents.

French speaking skills adapted to the level of each child.
French cooking -- French Crepes and Madeleines.
French names for flowers & trees on a nature walk
Authentic French games like petanque, le loto, le jeu de famille, collin maillard, chasse au tresor, cache cache.

Also French children's songs and dances, French History, Culture, & Traditions

Deborah Tait lived many of her childhood summers with family in France as well as several years later as an adult.. She was a Sterling Scholar in French, and finished her Bachelors degree in French literature at the University of Neuchâtel in Switzerland. She has a Masters degree in French Teaching from the University of Utah, and was a French instructor at the U of U and its Sandy extension for 8 years.
